Bank of America's stock was hurt by a negative pattern that formed in the short term, the Rising Wedge pattern, while also hurt by negative pressure from the 50-day SMA, coinciding with negative signals from the RSI. 

Therefore we expect the stock to decline as long as the resistance of 28.70 holds on, targeting the support of 26.83.
